About Our Speaker:
Mike Cunningham is the owner of Cunningham Restaurant Group. He showed his first entrepreneurial tendencies at the age of eight when he offered to bus tables for Skyline Chili waitresses for $2. After attending culinary and restaurant management school in Cincinnati, Mike moved to Indiana and opened his first full-service restaurant, Boulder Creek, in Brownsburg in December 1997. Today, CRG operates 24 locations in three states with seven more developments planned in 2018. The company’s two mainstay brands, Stone Creek Dining Company and BRU Burger Bar, represent 12 of the company’s current locations. CRG owns and operates five restaurants in the Mass Ave district of downtown Indianapolis (Mesh, BRU, Union 50, Livery and award-winning Vida). Two new concepts will be added to downtown in the next few months: Tavern at the Point and Nesso.
