What your job entails: I get to partner with outstanding companies and brands to help them solve advertising and marketing challenges. And I get to collaborate with inspiring communications and creative pros to develop ideas that consumers pay attention to.

What I find most exciting/interesting/enjoyable about marketing: Every marketing challenge is different in its own way. Problem solving and creative thinking provide an opportunity to do something unique and special every day. The possibilities marketers have to reach and motivate our audiences evolve almost daily, and I love the challenge of keeping up.

What the AMA provide me: The privilege to interact directly with thought leaders, share ideas and learn.

What I love about the IndyAMA: The people. The talent within our membership and the drive we have to create and share marketing thought leadership in Indianapolis.

My involvement with the IndyAMA: I serve on the programming committee with a smart and diverse team of marketers. Our goal is to bring relevant and educational content to our members. We strive to find speakers who’s experience and expertise help our members grow as marketers.

What I do for fun: Watch HBO with my wife. Walk our dogs in our Broad Ripple neighborhood or in Indy’s parks. Follow the Red Wings, Colts and IU. Plant golf balls in the woods of Indy’s finest golf courses. Coach youth hockey. Take ski trips. Visit the cottage with my family in the Great White North. Read “Ad Guy” books.
